There are so many cost-effective options that are still beautiful. Using seasonal flowers in your floral designs is one way to keep your costs reasonable. Also, transferring ceremony arrangements to your reception is another way to keep your Wedding Floral costs down without sacrificing on design.

We want our clients to feel as though their designs magically appear! But the reality is that putting our floral designs together is a lengthy process. Usually one month before the wedding, we select the variety of flowers with the exact colour tones we want and place our order with the various local premium flower growers.

 

We receive the flowers anywhere from one week to one day before the wedding and consider many different factors to keep them fresh - depending on the flower type, how open we want them to be, the weather, keeping the water topped up and the room temperature consistent - and that's just in the prepping!

Once we have this organised, we then start getting everything ready three to four days before the Wedding. The bouquets and boutonniere are the last things we make, usually on the night before or morning of the wedding. Unless of course we are making a hanging installation or something that requires assembling at the venue, in which case, it's all hands on deck! It's normal to have a very tight time schedule to set up on the day.
