HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE YOUR MOST POPULAR WEDDING CAKES?
Wedding cakes are really a labour of love and typically take a few hours to create! From initial consult to baking, frosting and putting the finishing touches of decoration, the process can be quite time consuming!

WHEN WAS OH HOW SWEET BORN?
Oh How Sweet was born out of my need for a creative outlet! Being a mum to 2 little girls I felt like I needed a passion project on the side to help me get through the daily mum routine
I would recommend getting in touch around 6-9 months prior. A lot of Cake Designers book out quite early especially during wedding season!! It is good to get in early and book your slot and start the initial discussion regarding design.

TELL US ABOUT THE OH HOW SWEET PROCESS - TASTINGS, DELIVERY ETC:
Once an initial enquiry has been placed and dates discussed Couples are advised when the next lot of wedding tastings will happen, so they may make their tasting selection. During this time and even after, couples may discuss cake design and we are able to come up with their desired cake design. I like to keep the process as simple as possible so once all the details have been confirmed we talk again closer to the date to confirm final details including delivery.
IF YOU COULD CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITE TYPE OF CAKE TOPPER - WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Definitely and always fresh florals. I have to say that flowers always make everything look amazing and especially paired with gold accents!
