UNTAMED COUNTRY BOHEMIAN LUXE BRIDAL INSPIRATION FOR YOUR WEDDING DAY CHARTERS TOWERS TOWNSVILLE PHOTOGRAPHY

Capturing love and life in Rural Australia, Libby Twine Photography collaborated with some incredible vendors from Charters Towers & Townsville who were equally inspired to create a shoot that combined the wild and untamed spirit of the bohemian Bride with the timeless beauty of an elegant country Wedding.

What led you to decide on this venue/shoot location? We needed a location that captured the heart of bush – and POPLA Performance Horses, Charters Towers had exactly that! This styled shoot is filled with horses, canoes, dams, stunning lace, beautiful blooms and magical sunsets that come together for a refreshing take on the luxe bohemian Wedding style.

Did you face any challenges on the day? YES! We envisioned a backdrop of sun-drenched countryside, but were soon challenged by the storm clouds rolling in. But models Taylor & Tom compensated for the sun by radiating their own warmth, and the clouds provided a nice even light and stunning texture in the images.

Favourite moment/s from the day? One of my favourite moments of the day was watching my idea of an aerial canoe shot in the ‘dirty dam’ come to life. And of course, the Wedding blooms by @blossomshoppecharterstowers. They really made the whole shoot incredibly whimsical!

Inspired by all things Bohemian, the Bride’s gown from @bridalpalacegowns has a tulle and lace decorated bodice that delves into a conservative neckline dip in the front and a mid-back V back with thin straps. Her belt pinches in at the waist and her fitted a-line skirt drops to the floor, leaving behind her jaw-dropping train.

The Bride’s hair, styled by @Sisbellahairbeauty, is a very romantic loosely curled hairstyle including a timeless dutch braid for added elegance!

@Rhiannonleeartistry captured the carefree Bohemian soul in Bride Taylor’s makeup, with a classic bronzed and glowing look and statement burgundy lips.

Wedding florals by @blossomshoppecharterstowers, are the definition of Bush Bohemian Luxe featuring whimsical peach garden roses, peach and white poppy’s, white Geraldton wax, native grasses and ‘burned’ wattle foliage.
