Buffet by Bonnie was started about a year after Bonnie's twin boys were born, so about two years ago. Not like she wasn't busy enough! It began with a selection of sweets and cakes, and grew quickly - this Sydney based catering service can now provide & style platters, grazing tables, pop up picnics and cakes for your Wedding day.
What can BUFFET BY BONNIE offer a couple for their Wedding day?Our go to for Weddings seems to be the grazing table. A WOW factor for guests to graze on in between ceremony and reception. Filled with cured meats, gourmet cheeses, dips, antipasto, breads, crackers, fruits and nuts.

What keeps you inspired along the way? I am always creating moods boards and pulling inspo from the seasons we are in. The great thing about what I do is every job is different. I love working with the colours and textures of the food to create something amazing.
Do you have any stories that you would like to share from your experiences? I just love making people happy with the food and style I create, purely from being creative, every job has that special little touch.
What advice would you offer to a Bride that is just starting out on their search for the perfect Wedding catering? Don't try too hard! Have a really good think about what style of food you are after, whether that be sit down, canapes, grazing tables or cocktail.

Do you have a personal favourite style of Wedding? I think I've fallen in love with a rustic country Wedding. Totally my vibes.
What is the best part about what you do: Being able to fully take the reins of creativity and meeting unreal clients!
