Each design is beautifully executed, undeniably romantic & absolutely breathtaking, while maintaining a strong focus on comfort and wear-ability, enabling the dress to be worn again.
➳ Did you always know that you wanted to be a Bridal gown and accessory designer? No. I actually started in my career in photography. After 7 enjoyable years in the photography industry I decided I would like to challenge myself by gaining a degree in fashion design. While studying at RMIT I discovered I had a natural talent in fashion design and sewing.
➳ Do you have any stories that you would like to share from your experiences? While at uni, I realised that the fashion industry is extremely cut throat and only the very best succeed so I started my journey into the fashion industry by studying and practicing my art 7 days a week & only 6 hours sleep per night for the duration of my degree to ensure I got flawless grades and gained the very most out of my experiences. This worth ethic has shaped me into the person I have become today.
➳ What advice would you offer to a Bride that is just starting out on their search for the perfect Wedding dress? Choose something that makes you feel simply amazing & comfortable. The best version of you!
➳ Do you have a personal favourite style? I absolutely adore bohemian fashion because of its relaxed, effortless, carefree style.
Out of all my designs I have created - I would have to say the Gai Gown has a special place in my heart as this was my very first custom design that I made for my childhood best friend of 25 years. Nicole and I worked closely over a 12 month period to create this masterpiece.
➳ Please tell us about the best part about what you do: I live for the moment the Bride to-be sees her dream dress completed and all the magical emotions set in... there is no better feeling in the world.
