"The inspiration for this styled Wedding photo shoot came to me while I was at a close friend’s Wedding sipping on Espresso Martinis and eating yummy warm goodies while surrounded by romantic candle light and the warmth of a firepit. I knew at that moment that I wanted to create a shoot that had a rather romantic yet modern feel with hints of black, beautiful luxe flowers and the warm tones and textures of dried foliage." What are some of the highlights you had during the shoot process? The highlights would have to be the A team we had on board. We simply couldn’t have pulled it together without each and every one of them. Each of them is the reason for such a wonderful result.

Did you face any challenges on the day? The only challenge that was faced and is probably quite a usual one, was the race against time to produce the designs and shoot everything before losing sunlight.

What led you to decide on this venue location? Ancora is a relatively new venue based on the Tweed Coast that hosts beautiful scenery and waterside views. It is such a beautiful venue that provides a simple yet stunning blank canvas to create a range of styles for a range of events. I selected this venue not only for these reasons, but I also grew up on the Tweed Coast. When given the opportunity to work with this amazing venue in the town I call home, I simply couldn’t resist! Plus, it was the perfect canvas to showcase my vision for the shoot.

What was your favourite detail about the shoot day? How do I decide! I was absolutely in love with every aspect as everything came together just as I had envisioned but in saying that, I was in total awe over the result of our tablescape! Every design choice turned out so perfectly.

Favourite moment/s from the day: Getting to collaborate and getting to know such an amazing bunch of creatives.
