This fresh, modern white wonderland Wedding at the Metropolis is a fairytale feature of Melbourne couple Gabrielle and Adrian, captured by the talent of Erin & Tara - These two gorgeous lovers have been together since they were in their last year of High School and actually went to primary school together so had known each other for years. Adrian proposed to Gabrielle after 7 years together during a work trip to Sydney. ➳ Tell us about the proposal: It was a complete surprise, we were in Sydney for work, I was out at a hair show and adrian had convinced me he had a business meeting. He really had set up a surprise hotel room with candals on the balcony over looking the Sydney Harbour bridge. 

➳ What led you to decide on your Wedding venue? It was the first and last venue we saw! We always knew a city wedding suited us the best and the Metropolis is modern with amazing views of the city. It was perfect. 

➳ What was the inspiration behind your Wedding theme? Feminine and modern!

➳ Your most favourite moment of the day: My first dance, everything just felt so perfect and right!

➳ Favourite details: I loved the way the whole reception was set up! We focused on candle light to give the room a romantic feel and the whole colour palette was soft and pretty! Very me! 

➳ How long did it take for you to find your Wedding dress? It was my favourite part of the lead up, the gents at J'aton Couture are amazing and we connected so well. 

➳ What advice would you offer to other couples planning a Wedding? Try not to get caught up with the small stuff, on the morning of the wedding all I could think about and what I cared most about was seeing my husband to-be down the aisle. The rest was so small incomparison to the fact that I was actually marrying Adrian.

➳ Any stand out vendors for the day? Someone that went above and beyond? Styled by Coco!
