Did you always know that you wanted to design floral couture?
I feel that I have always been a creative person, and once my eyes were opened to the world of florals there was no going back. I am quite simply - in love with flowers.
What keeps you inspired along the way?
Mostly the flowers and their endless variety and colour - heading in to the flower market really early to see what new seasonal stock is in never gets old. I also love looking at fellow florists on instagram - its amazing how different florist styles can be. I am particularly obsessed with the London flower school.

Don't underestimate the importance of flowers and foliage. Trust your floral stylist when we say we see a lot of couples who spend thousands on their weddings and yet come to us with a very small flower budget - I think its easy to forget that the flowers can really create the whole atmosphere of the wedding and reception are are so important.
What is your own personal favourite style?
Elegant, Classic and Romantic - I love layering textures of different greenery and florals. My favourite flowers are hydrangeas, dahlias, rice flowers and of course large roses - they are just SO amazing.
What is the best part about what you do?
Once the stress of sourcing and ordering the best product for the brief is over. Then the fun of designing and creating installations begins, making sure everything is as perfect as can be. You stand back - take it all in and it makes your heart sigh!
