Holly & Bridgette stand as business partners today, but their journey as soul sisters started long ago! "We can be freakishly in tune and accidentally in conversation had brought up the idea of creating our own line of bridal hair pins, it was our intuitive lightbulb moment. We were being approached with endless enquiries on where to find bridal hairpieces and had no where to direct our brides to be. So we created our own dream and are so thrilled to have launched our online store in February 2019!
Specialising in bridal hairstyling Holly & Bridgette felt like they were sharing very intimate moments with each of their brides & that is so special. Planning a wedding is so all consuming and they wanted to offer a holistic service in their area of expertise.
"We wanted to create a product that could fulfil their ultimate bridal look. Customised by colour collections, subtlety, statement or sparkle each bride can be uniquely themselves. Our store offers affordability whilst complementing each brides personal luxe style."
What keeps you inspired along the way?
We have a creative world at our fingertips with platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest. We get to be immersed totally in fashion, style, wedding inspiration, jewellery and accessories. It keeps us excited and on our toes as it is forever changing. It inspires us to keep improving and growing within our own business and what we can offer to our community.
Do you have any stories that you would like to share from your experiences?
Veils and hairpieces are usually the final pieces to be placed in the hair before the ceremony commences. This can be raw, intimate and emotional, the beautiful goosebump moments in life. What a privilege it is to experience this with our brides and their loved ones, usually not a dry eye in the house.
What advice would you offer a Bride just starting out on their search for the perfect Bridal accessories?
Do your research, when exploring your options use your jewellery and/or veil to get a visual for the complete look. Go with what you feel fits your personality and style.
What is your own personal favourite piece?
We both fell in love with our Iris & You piece, it is perfectly modern but emulates timeless trend.
