what can caked cakes offer a couple for their Wedding day?
I love creating something that is uniquely you! Whether that's a big show stopper cake or a smaller cake surrounded by the yummiest of desserts. I specialise in buttercream cakes with a elegant and fresh flare. For me it has to not only look amazing but taste amazing and I have put a lot of effort into my recipes and flavour combos. One of my favs is the butterscotch pear cake filled with gooey butterscotch sauce!
is there a story you would like to share from your experiences?
One of my favourite things is meeting couples at expos and open days when they are just starting to think about their wedding and the style and look they are going for and then making it to the big when and seeing all of their plans come to life. Sometimes it can be completely different to the original plan but it always looks amazing.

Sometimes it can be completely different to the original plan but it always looks amazing.
My advice would be to have an idea of the style you like but also don't be afraid to do something different and maybe opt for a dessert table instead! Choose the flavours and style that you like and most importantly the cake designer that you like! It is important to choose a cake designer that will work well with you to come up with something amazing!

2020 predictions
I definitely think textures are very big at the moment and we will see of a lot of cakes that look almost like oil paintings which is style I really love. I also think sprinkles are making a big come back but in a different way than you think. Think more elegant, sprinkles of all one colour but different shapes and sizes covering the cake. It's a great way to add texture!

The thing I love most is being creative and making super delicious treats for people to enjoy, it makes me so happy to see them enjoying it! I love seeing the photos of a bride and groom cutting the cake and knowing that I helped to make their special day a little more special.
