how and when was hire in style wa born?
Both Jacinta and I were planning our own weddings back in 2015 and just couldn’t find the type of marquee, range of furniture and inspirational décor we were looking for anywhere in WA and at an affordable price delivered to rural areas (Peaceful Bay and Albany).

Whilst attending university in Perth together we became great friends and since our respective weddings we are now also related through marriage. Hire in Style is a real family business, born out of the sheer frustration of not being able to source original and exclusive items for our own special days.
As a result we spotted a gap in the market to provide a unique and innovative, highly personalised service. Hire in Style filled this gap by tailoring each event to the aspirations of our customers whether they are planning their own wedding or a memorable corporate or private event.

what can hire in style wa offer a couple for their wedding day?
Jacinta and I are both passionate about offering clients the highest quality bespoke and on trend furniture hire, coupled with luxury décor, innovative table top designs and the highest standard of personalised service to enable them to bring their vision to life.

did you always know you wanted to work in events?
I have a business and marketing background and have worked mostly for myself since graduating, Jacinta graduated and became a dietician, so no, it wasn’t on the horizon. However, like so many of life’s opportunities a door suddenly appears, you open it and walk in, love what you find on the other side and wonder why you haven’t opened it before.

what keeps you inspired along the way?
The short answer is our passion, enthusiasm and commitment to the work we do. We don’t really see it as work. It’s a lifestyle choice which we love, eat, sleep and breathe.
Jacinta and I love spotting new trends, giving them the Hire in Styles twist. We find collaborating with stylists exciting and enjoy matching their visions with our products. The real thrill is being in partnership with the bride and groom to surpass their wishes for the event of their life. It is never boring, every wedding is completely different and reflects the personality of the bride and groom so you never cease to discover new ideas and grow with them.
We love working with all our clients and we love the industry for its energy, happiness and joy.

advice:
· Start to create your own Mood Board and/or open a Pinterest account saving pictures, photos and ideas from magazines.
· Think about the type of wedding you would like and the atmosphere you would like to create before considering the wedding clothes, venue, suppliers, flowers, food, wine and drinks, music and entertainment and make sure they match your theme. Make sure you do plenty of research visit potential venues, suppliers, caterers and florists.
· Compare suppliers on their quality as well as their price so research your suppliers very carefully. Ask to see examples of their products and recommendations before making your decision.
Whilst price is always an important factor when making decisions, suppliers price according to their standard of goods. Make sure you are comparing like for like prices and remember a bad choice can’t be undone on the day both in terms of goods and service.
what is your personal favourite style of wedding?
That’s a very tricky question however we seem to like the modern laid back vibe, in all types of settings such as paddocks, rustic farm buildings, wineries or uber stylish marquees.
what is the best part about what you do?
It is just so wonderful to work with clients who are getting married as you become part of what is the most adventurous, happiest and exciting time of their lives which is so full of fun and positivity. It is joyous to be part of it and to help a coupes create extraordinary and memorable events.
