How and when was marley hammond makeup born?
In 2006- 13 years ago! My dreams of dedicating my life to spfx makeup after extensive training went out the window when I did my first wedding- I love all the emotion and excitement of each wedding they are all so different.

Tell us about what marley hammond makeup can offer a bride for their Wedding day?
Makeup that looks like perfect natural glowing skin that can LAST ALL DAY!! My brides most requested look is makeup that looks like a better version of themselves - and that’s what I have mastered.
I’m cool, calm and collected, as well as being a super organised makeup artist I've been apart of so many weddings that I have collected a lot of random tips to help out along the day!
Do you have any stories that you would like to share from your experiences?
I recently worked on a same sex wedding and the brides both got ready in the same house without seeing each other- it was so intense and emotional, both brides had no idea what the other bride was having done or wearing! One was getting hair done in one room and one was having makeup with me, then we rotated. It was so exciting and warm hearted.
Advice: Do your research, There are many talented makeup artists out there, but we all have our own style- Just like you do. Pick a makeup artist who’s work compliments your style. And book a trial, if you're unhappy with anything tell the makeup artist and give them a chance to change it, it’s only makeup - it’s not permanent. If you still don’t like it - keep looking.
Do you have a prediction for any upcoming 2020 wedding makeup styles?
Natural and glowing is so in this year- I feel it will be the same for 2020 but for the more daring brides I think we might see a pop of eye colour!!!!
Tell us about the best part about what you do:
Seeing the brides look at their makeup for the first time when I finish it is the most rewarding part of my job - only happy tears are allowed on my fresh makeup!
