Adelaide based hot pizza shop Chicco Palms is very reminiscent of Palm Springs architecture, and the colours inside match very well with the iconic Palm Springs imagery we all know and love. Jenna of Wonderland Invites and Kelly from Found Collective had been discussing the premise of this shoot for a while - Kelly had so many ideas about the colour palette and the general vibe, and she also knew that she wanted to base the day at Chicco Palms... "we just had to convince the restaurant it was a good idea! Turns out, the venue took little to no convincing! They were totally onboard. So once we set a date, we began locking in the rest of the (I mean this when I say it) STELLAR team full of amazing Adelaide local wedding creatives." Jenna tells.

We knew we wanted to go with a pinky, peachy vibe as we knew it would play well with the restaurant surroundings. were dead set on a real couple, and Prue & Lisa fit the bill to a tee. Newlyweds of under a year, the couple were the perfect balance of beautiful blonde and gorgeous brunette...we feature dresses which fit their personalities from The Bride Lab - lending a Rue de Seine and a Lovers Society gown.

Stemhaus were unbelievably on board with the florals... they smashed the brief of modern/cool out the window. With Kelly on styling and Sash providing the props/furniture, we had the perfect foundations to build this dreamy shoot upon. Hair was delivered by the lovely Bianca with makeup executed by the wonderful Natasha Keneally Bridal.
We also showcase jewellery from a few vendors: Adelaide local The Clay Cartel, and from The Vamoose. To add a whole lotta funk to the days proceedings, Lauren The Celebrant brought her vibrant, inclusive and welcoming personality to the shoot....she brought the laughs and she also brought the love...what a superb pro she is. It was really important to us to really showcase a full array of suppliers...essentially, everyone who a couple would have to fulfil their day.

A lot of beautiful details have been incorporated throughout the shoot, just to add more and more wow factor... from the stationery by Wonderland Invites which featured minimalistic arch shaped invites with palm motifs running throughout, to the delicious tart and mini desserts supplied by From The Wild. The wonderful Aloha Photobooth joined in and provided some fun-filled photobooth action with Lisa, Prue and Lauren, and the wonderful Grain & Vesper drinks caravan providing the most awesome backdrop to the outdoor shots! Lastly... "I cannot thank our photographer Dani Bartlett Photography enough... especially being pregnant on the day of the shoot, which was also, incidentally, swelteringly hot!" Jenna shares.
The lovely videographer Dylan Lee provided tonnes more than just camera work... he did so much lifting and moving! Massive props to Dylan!
