Blissfully talented Brisbane + Sunshine Coast wedding creatives draw inspiration from free-spirited music festival attendees with an intimate twist of elopement elements, this micro wedding set up was created with natural earth tones from the surrounding bushland in mind.

Stylist and Florist Loreta Portelli from Wonderful Bunch designed the backbones of this shoot spending countless hours building the floral installations that adorned the ceremony and perfect picnic set up for two.
By incorporating not just the colour pallete of the surrounding elements but also foraging native flora and fauna in the days leading up to the shoot to incorporate into her designs not only nature but also sustainable suggestions for brides considering their on the day florals. All the while keeping in mind the notion of a loved up couple eloping amongst the stunning backdrop of the Sunshine Coasts Glass House Mountains. As seen peeking through the trees in the background of some of the images.

Complementing the shoot with stylish elements of matching tonal stationery by Social Ocean, cake from Deelish Cakes Creations, festival invoked bridal attire from Luna Willow Bride, musical talents of Andy Ellem to provide soft acoustics that echoed a private festival for two while Jo from Big Love Weddings was the perfect celebrant for this loved up ceremony.

With sunset kisses by the picnic set up this real couple could easily be mistaken for having just gotten married as they adored each other in the final moments of sunlight on our shoot day. The challenge on the day was definitely the wind, as weather can ways be unpredictable.

The highlights during the shoot process would have been everyone incorporating their own special touch to the shoot and seeing it develop into a beautiful and cohesive set up. My favourite detail has to have been the floral elements created by Loretta - She is a floral genius!
My favourite moment of the day was knowing that it was all complete and that there was going to be a beautiful set of images to accompany the day - Terri Hanlon Photography shares.
