Ashleigh Jane Bridal is an independent couture label, based in Brisbane.
While we specialise in unique, couture handmade bridal gowns, our expanding Made To Order Collection is a reflection of that same individuality - it incorporates and celebrates each bride's personal approach to her own wedding styling.
Our inspo for the shoot was actually the new everchanging landscape of weddings. We wanted to feature a variety of styles for the modern bride - right from a casual, laid-back looks, through to full glam, black-tie formality. The brides we serve at AJB are planning weddings right from intimate elopements to grand affairs. I really wanted to capture the unique elements of both, and I found that The Lussh was the perfect venue to showcase all these different looks. This venue provides a perfect backdrop to both a small, intimate gathering or a wedding on a much larger scale.
"I designed each piece to be elegant and feminine, with fashion-forward undertones inspired by the modern bride.
